I’m Valeria, founder of FeminineWise.
For more than 15 years, I’ve been creating and facilitating spaces where women can reconnect with themselves, their bodies and their deeper knowing.
My work weaves together embodied inquiry, movement & dance, process work, archetypal work and ritual, drawing from different traditions, training, practice and lived experience.
At the heart of FeminineWise is a trust in the deeper intelligence that lives within us. Beneath the noise, the shoulds and the endless thinking, the body speaks, the soul whispers, and something in us already knows the way.
